Delivery Times and Charges
Because Collector's Editions contain special items all orders are shipped recorded/tracked delivery insured.
Certain items such as Merch and Collector's Editions may be supplied by an external warehouse and therefore shipped individually. If these items are added to the basket, an additional postage fee will be added. Please note that these items will despatch at different times compared to items provided by our warehouse.
Pre Orders
These products are still being produced. Orders will only ship if all items in your order are in-hand. Your order will not ship until all items has completed production.

*Orders placed after 3pm Friday to 3pm on Monday will be dispatched on Monday, except on Bank Holidays, where the order will be dispatched on the next working day. See table below for more details.
European Delivery / Brexit
Because of Brexit we are seeing a slight delay on items being shipped across Europe, which may add up to four weeks to the date you should receive your order. Whilst we're trying to keep any delay to the minimum, we will keep you updated and provide all the tracking details you'll need.
International Delivery
Because Collector's Editions contain special items all orders are shipped recorded/tracked delivery insured. This does mean our postage charges are slightly more but should mean you are guaranteed to get your game!
