This Week at Wired 27-09-2020

This Week at Wired - We ruffled some feathers.

Hello again Wired fans, it's time for your weekly update of everything awesome from the world of Wired!

This week we got awesome reviews, glowing previews and high octane updates - so let's get started!

Invector reviews keep the party going

On the 9th of September we released Avicii Invector Encore Edition, adding 10 new tracks to the game and bringing the ultimate Avicii experience to Nintendo Switch for the first time.

Invector was already a firm fan favourite, and reviewed spectacularly on initial release - and the second time round the reviews for the Switch version are equally as glowing!

Here's a couple of the sentiments online :

"AVICII Invector is not only a rhythm game that nails the genre almost flawlessly, but also pays tribute to an incredibly talented musician that we lost much too soon."

"It is to Invector‘s credit that all throughout, the game feels like a joyful celebration of Tim Bergling’s music. It is a worthy tribute to a man who revitalized and reinvigorated the EDM and House music scene."

Charity Fundraising for a Better Day

As part of our Invector release celebrations we created 5 gorgeous Switch Lites - one of which we partnered with Tiltify and mental health charity Safe In Our World to giveaway!

So far you have raised over £1500 for Safe In Our World with your raffle entries - which is absolutely fantastic! But there is still plenty of time to enter!

Raffle entries are available to purchase for just £5, with every single penny raised being donated to Safe In Our World, the video games mental health charity. The winner will receive a custom Nintendo Switch-Lite console and copy of AVICII Invector: Encore Edition.

We are soaring every closer to The Falconeer Beta and some press outlets have spent a bit of quality time in the Ursee in advance!

Their preview coverage is sure to ruffle a few feathers  - here's a couple of top line comments to get you excited :
